(CBS/AP) MONTE SERENO, California-A California judge has issued a restraining order against boyfriend end of painter Thomas Kinkade.

The order against Amy Pinto-Walsh sought by Kinkade’s company, Windermere Holdings, who claims he broke the confidentiality agreement by talking to journalists after Kinkade found dead and threatens to reveal his secret.

Windermere Holdings to act as trustee and Executor of Kinkade Family Trust.

According to the San Jose Mercury News, a request for a restraining order filed by the holding company said, “this threat is not only cruel acts of treachery, but calculated attempts to raise money and fame of the bereaved family, including wife Kinkade and four daughters.”

The newspaper reported that a Santa Clara County Superior Court judge granted restraining order 15 days on April 16.

Disney apparently decided that it was written from scratch. Why don’t they let potential audience knows it from Edgar Rice Burroughs novel or series? There are a lot of us oldies that recall the books too and have been waiting for the film that eventually disappeared. I am very satisfied with the movie and would probably see it again and buy the DVD when it comes out.
